  • Google snoops in my email to tell me about Twitter’s plans to start snooping

    Just noticed this targeted ad in my Gmail generated by Google based on my email correspondence. Sometimes Google does irony better than a post-modern conceptual artist…google2

    This screen grab from my Gmail clearly shows a link to a Wired article about Twitter is planning on snooping in my phone to see what apps I have installed.  Thank you again to Google for trying to read my mind and provide the information that I desire; gee, I am concerned about companies mining my data to serve me ads…  Here’s a link to the Wired article that Google was feeding me:  http://www.wired.com/2014/11/twitter-targeted-ads/
