Presentation at American Philosophical Society, “The Past, Present, and Future of Libraries” (Philadelphia, PA, Sept. 27-29, 2018)
I presented a paper with my colleague, Matt Cook at the American Philosophical Society’s conference “The Past, Present, and Future of Libraries” held in Philadelphia, PA, Sept. 27-29, 2018. Our paper was entitled “Expanding Access to Library Collections in Three Dimensions,” and it looked at how virtual reality and 3D technologies are shaping the library of the future and the related ethical and epistemological issues they raise.
